- act as a dispatched co-ordinator during implementation


- étudier les questions d'interface et les conséquences induites
- investigate interface questions and induced consequences


- préparer des rapports de difficulté éventuels à divers stades
- prepare possible trouble reports at various stages


- étudier des dossiers au cours de crises et suggérer des solutions
- investigate cases during crisis and suggest solutions


- superviser les dossiers en cours d'expertise intermédiaire en cas de différend
- supervise records during intermediary appraisal in case of dispute
